Full-time | Remote | CST Coverage We’re hiring a Level 3 Engineer to provide advanced technical support and infrastructure expertise for our US-based MSP clients. This role is ideal if you thrive in complex problem-solving, infrastructure projects, and mentoring junior engineers. What You’ll Do Handle escalations from Level 2 engineers. Perform advanced Azure tasks: resource setup, policies, security, scripting, automation. Support enterprise networking: firewalls, routing, VPNs, VoIP optimization. Mentor Level 1–2 engineers, ensuring best practices. Document escalations, infra changes, and project work. Contribute to migrations and enterprise initiatives. Requirements 5+ years as a senior IT engineer / Level 3 in MSP or enterprise. Strong Azure expertise (resources, policies, automation). Advanced networking (firewalls, routing, VoIP troubleshooting). Active Directory, Windows Server, Microsoft 365. Excellent English for client-facing support. Bonus: Mac support, ConnectWise/Datto familiarity. Benefits Weekdays: Noon–8pm CST One weekend day: 8am–5pm CST Days off: One weekday + one weekend day (2 total) Device provided
