The Role Computer Operators at Kyndryl are key in helping revolutionize the way we operate complex computer systems. You will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, supervise and control intricate networks and applications, and operate distributed systems in a multi-vendor environment. As a Computer Operator, you will be on the technical frontline, responsible for: Performing batch operations according to service agreements; Analyzing and resolving first-level issues across systems; Routing unresolved issues to appropriate teams; Developing support system management processes tailored to customer requirements; Ensuring the highest level of service delivery to our clients. Monitoring screens to identify alerts and incidents, following scripts and procedures provided by the client. Requirements: Availability for on-site work in Pinheiros, São Paulo; Flexibility to work in shifts (2am to 11am and 11am to 7am), including weekend rotation; Experience or familiarity with monitoring IT incidents and alerts; Ability to follow scripts, procedures, and operational manuals; Basic English knowledge is desirable for reading tool interfaces, but not mandatory; Readiness and agility to quickly engage in alert situations; Passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning; Strong teamwork and collaboration skills; Analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
