Regional Sales Development Professional This is a high-profile opportunity to lead fertilizer market engagement and intelligence across Latin America. Main Responsibilities: Pursue strategic partnerships with key clients, distributors, and industry stakeholders in Brazil and LATAM. Provide actionable insights, highlighting trends, competitor activity, and regional developments. Represent the organization effectively with customers, port operators, shipping agents, and distributors. Mentor team members and collaborate closely with finance and HQ teams. Requirements: At least 2-3 years of experience in the fertilizer sector (urea, ammonium sulfate, phosphates). In-depth knowledge of shipping terms, trade flows, and fertilizer distribution. Exceptional relationship-building skills and a commercially focused mindset. Fluency in Portuguese and English; Spanish is an asset. Key Qualifications: Strong understanding of regional market dynamics. Able to analyze complex data and provide actionable recommendations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
