Work with us Purchase Logistics We are currently recruiting a new Purchase Logistics Assistant in Navegantes, Brazil. Details Prepare, coordinate, and oversee purchasing and supply logistics operations to ensure compliance with deadlines and costs. Supervise daily operations of receiving, storage, order preparation, and product dispatch. Monitor the correct receipt of orders: coordinate and ensure the safe and timely arrival of purchased products. Negotiate international and domestic shipments to minimize transportation costs for imports and exports. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and freight forwarders to ensure effective logistics coordination. Calculate cost prices. Validate purchase requests in collaboration with the Country Manager. Ensure effective communication with the warehouse. Control warehouse stock. Prepare reports on performance, losses, and turnover. Implement and monitor improvements in storage and material control processes. Support internal and external audits related to inventory. Resolve conflicts and issues that may arise in the warehouse related to logistics. Who are we looking for? Studies in International Trade or Logistics. Minimum of 3 years of experience in international purchasing and logistics. Intermediate level of English, both spoken and written. What do we offer? Stable position with a permanent contract.
