NetCracker Technology is looking to hire a Senior OSS Business Analyst with strong knowledge of Telecom OSS domain, with deep expertise in Service Fulfilment and Service Activation for B2B and B2C, Fixed Network access .You will take a lead team of business analysts, play customer-facing role within the Professional Services Organization, identifying solution and product needs during the requirements gathering, design, implementation, training, and testing phases of the project. We offer interesting work at big OSS/BSS projects implementation in North America region with great opportunities to grow as professional and manager. What are your responsibilities? Identifying, Collecting, Clarifying and Organizing Functional Requirements for new Solution Features and Change Requests Development of System Use Cases and Information Model for Service, Network and Resource Management Domain of OSS/BSS Products Design of object model, user interface, data processing algorithms, integration interfaces, etc.; Product Configuration according to customer’s requirements Customer’s business needs verification and existing Products and Solutions Improvements Best Practice gathering and propagation in pre-sale processes Participating in the analysis, design and acceptance stages on prototype, proof-of-concept, product and implementation projects Gap analysis and New User Scenarios Creation for OOB Solutions in the area of Network Planning, Design, Build-out, Maintenance, Upgrade and Decommissioning, Service Order Management and Fulfilment, Network Operations and Maintenance; Conducting market and technology researches in the telecommunications industry, learning standards in OSS/BSS, Network Automation and Orchestration; Participating in new NetCracker modules and components development; What skills and experience will you need for this role? Strong Analytical Skills Excellent skills in object-oriented design (generalization, classification, decomposition, correlation, unification, decision tables) University technical degree(maths, physics, IT, telecommunications, programming) Experience in development and implementation of software products (preferably for Telco recommended) Understanding of network architecture, functionality and one or several processes from the following - design, deployment, configuration, maintenance, provisioning processes for IP/MPLS/BGP Networks or SDWAN. Knowledge of UML or other object modeling language (for example YANG) and experience in using of data modeling tools Knowledge in field of rational data bases Understanding of OSS/BSS and telco standards - TMF, ETSI, ITU, 3GPP, IETF, MEF, ONAP Understanding of one of the following protocols nice to have: SNMP, CLI, FTP/SFTP, REST, gRPC, gNMI, NETCONF, YANG Understanding of software development lifecycle (RUP, Agile, etc) Good technical English writing and communication skills Experience in senior network engineering or analytical positions from 5 years Availability to work from office ( Hybrid mode)  Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Maths, or related field "All of our job opportunities in Brazil are open to people with disabilities (PWDs)"/ “Todas as nossas oportunidades de vagas no Brasil são abertas a pessoas com deficiência (PCDs)" Who is Netcracker Technology?
