Governança & Compliance Apoiar na criação e documentação de frameworks de governança para Power Platform, com foco em Copilot e Copilot Studio Contribuir para iniciativas de IA responsável e atividades relacionadas à governança Auxiliar na implementação de políticas de ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) e DLP (Data Loss Prevention) Analytics & Reporting Analisar dados de uso da plataforma com o CoE Toolkit para monitorar adoção e métricas de desempenho Monitorar custos de transações do Copilot Studio, créditos do AI Builder e consumo de capacidade do Dataverse, sugerindo otimizações User Enablement & Support Apoiar usuários em boas práticas, permissões, provisionamento de ambientes e resolução de problemas Escalar questões técnicas quando necessário e contribuir para melhorias nos processos de suporte Training & Documentation Criar FAQs, guias e materiais de treinamento para promover uso ético e responsável da Power Platform Construir base de conhecimento para usuários e equipes internas conforme melhores práticas da Microsoft Who are we?
