We're not just creating a platform; we're architecting the essential infrastructure that will power the next generation of crowdfunding - transparent, scalable, and globally accessible.Job Description: Senior Technical Project & Delivery ManagerWe are searching for a highly skilled and strategic Senior Technical Project & Delivery Manager to lead our most critical initiatives. This advanced hybrid role combines the governance of a PMO, the hands-on coordination of a Delivery Manager, and the technical depth of a Project Manager. You will also be entrusted with key Product Owner responsibilities, acting as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders. Your mission is to ensure projects are not only delivered on time and within budget but also align with our strategic product vision and maintain the highest quality standards. Important:This role isonly open to candidates based in Brazil , and requiresfluent Portuguese and fluent English .This is a fully remote position, working with teams across Brazil, the UK, and New Zealand.Key Responsibilities:Project Governance & Technical PMO: Develop, refine, and enforce technical project management methodologies and best practices across the organization. Manage and maintain a comprehensive RAID log, proactively identifying and mitigating potential roadblocks. Maintain a decision log to document and track key project decisions, ensuring transparency and accountability. Oversee an action log, holding all team members and stakeholders accountable for their commitments. Implement "Planned vs. Actual" reporting to track project performance against initial baselines, highlighting deviations in scope, schedule, and budget. Delivery & Release Management: Serve as the central point of contact for project coordination, facilitating communication and collaboration between product, development, QA, and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams across different time zones. Partner with QA to ensure testing is integrated seamlessly into the project lifecycle, from early-stage validation to final quality assurance. Coordinate with GTM teams to align on release schedules and ensure a smooth, well-prepared launch of new products or features. Orchestrate and manage the end-to-end release process, ensuring all dependencies are met and risks are mitigated. Hold product and engineering teams accountable for their commitments, ensuring deliverables are met on time and to the required standard. Project & Product Ownership: Lead the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and planning to execution and post-mortem analysis. Act as the Product Owner for specific initiatives, ensuring the development team's work aligns with the overall product roadmap. Translate business and user needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams. Proactively identify and address potential pitfalls, technical debt, and risks to ensure the project stays on track. Provide high-quality, data-driven reporting to leadership and stakeholders, offering transparent insights into project status and performance.Qualifications:Proven experience in a technical project management role, with a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). Demonstrated experience with PMO functions, including process standardization, governance, and portfolio management. Must be currently based in Brazil and fluent in both written and verbal Portuguese and English. Expertise in managing project documentation, specifically RAID logs, decision logs, and action logs. A track record of successfully holding cross-functional teams accountable for their deliverables. Experience performing Product Owner duties, such as managing a product backlog and defining user stories. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with a track record of coordinating development, QA, and GTM teams across global locations. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights from metrics like "planned vs. actual". Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM, SAFe, or similar) are highly desirable.Preferred Skills:Innovative Mindset:A forward-thinking approach, staying ahead of industry and technology trends. Execution & Ownership:Strong sense of ownership, with a track record of driving complex projects to completion on time and to quality. Collaboration:Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
