This role is fully remote, with preference for some overlap with PST working hours. You’ll be at the heart of Manukora’s storytelling engine — transforming briefs into thumb-stopping, results-driven content for multiple social platforms.This is a high-trust, high-autonomy position suited for someone who’s self-directed, obsessed with craft, and energized by creative momentum.What You’ll DoCreate compelling, high-performance social media ads that align with creative briefs and drive measurable resultsDesign dynamic motion graphics, text animations, and visual effects that enhance storytelling and brand messagingCollaborate closely with strategists, creative leads, and editors to optimize video and graphics content tailored for social platformsApply performance insights and creative feedback to continually refine and elevate ad effectivenessTake creative ownership of projects while remaining highly receptive to feedback and iterationManage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are consistently metMaintain organized and efficient Adobe project filesWhat We’re Looking For3+ years of professional experience creating engaging digital content for social media platformsExpert-level Adobe Premiere Pro skills with a strong foundation in storytelling and pacingIntermediate+ Adobe After Effects proficiency (motion graphics, kinetic typography, and visual effects)Deep understanding of social media optimization and platform-specific best practicesExcellent English communication skills (written & verbal) for effective collaboration with international teamsQuick learner who thrives on feedback, adapts rapidly to new challenges, and takes ownership of creative workProven ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environmentBonus Points ForExperience with AI-powered creative tools (Midjourney, Runway ML, Adobe Firefly, etc.)Digital advertising agency or performance marketing experienceProven track record optimizing video content for social media algorithmsExperience with Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries and collaborative workflowsBackground in data-driven creative optimizationDetailsRole Type: Full-time, RemoteLocation: Open — at least partial overlap with PST preferredStart Date: ASAPHow to ApplySend us an email at with:A few lines about what excites you about this roleYour resumeA link to your portfolio showcasing your best workEmail Only: Please note, we’re all about direct connections.
