They partner directly with early-stage, high-growth tech companies that are building cutting-edge teams from scratch. What you'll do Source, screen and engage top-tier candidates for Technical roles (mostly Full Stack Python Developers )Manage full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer, with high volumes of roles and opportunities . Use best-in-class tools ( Recruiter, JuiceBox etc.) to drive sourcing, outreach and candidate engagement. Work to aggressive hiring targets; the harder you work, the more you earn ( UNCAPPED commissions )Maintain recruiting metrics, track performance and continuously improve sourcing and conversion rates. What we're looking for Excellent English communication skills Proven experience in high-volume Technical recruiting Experience with Recruiter, sourcing platforms and modern recruiting tech stack. Ability to manage multiple roles, pipelines and priorities simultaneously. You thrive on reward: this is a commission-rich role with high earning potential. What you'll get Base salary from USD 2,500-3,000/month plus uncapped commissions (top performers earn ~$2,000-$3,000/month just in commissions ).
