Descrição da Função Esta é uma função remota em tempo integral para Analista de Dados. O Analista de Dados será responsável por coletar, organizar, analisar e interpretar grandes conjuntos de dados para identificar padrões e tendências. A coleta ocorrerá em bancos de dados próprios bem como a busca de dados em bases externas, de forma automatizada e também de forma manual (que pode vir a ser automatizada, fazendo parte da função). Também irá desenvolver e manter painéis de dados (dashboards), criar modelos de dados e auxiliar na melhoria dos processos de tomada de decisão do negócio, alimentar e criar planilhas. Além disso, a função inclui a preparação de relatórios e a apresentação clara de insights para as partes interessadas. Qualificações Proficiência em Análise de Dados e compreensão abrangente do trabalho com grandes volumes de dados Fortes habilidades analíticas e capacidade de identificar tendências e insights acionáveis Conhecimento aprofundado em Estatística para analisar dados e gerar conclusões precisas Habilidades de comunicação eficazes para apresentar insights e colaborar com equipes multifuncionais Experiência com Modelagem de Dados e criação de visualizações eficazes Familiaridade com ferramentas e softwares estatísticos como SQL, Python, R é desejável Conhecimento em Excel avançado é necessário Conhecimento básico de Ingles é necessário. Capacidade de trabalhar de forma independente em um ambiente remoto em tempo integral Graduação em Estatística, Ciência de Dados, Ciência da Computação ou área relacionada é altamente desejável
