Description and Requirements Description The MBG Finance team is seeking candidates to join the global PCMI (Product Cost Management & Intelligence) department, to help forecast, review and maintain accurate, competitive and consistent product costs across the entire operations for Motorola. Summary of Responsibilities: Weekly & Monthly cost reviews  with Lenovo GSC and Procurement organizations, to provide cost updates on industry trend, volume fluctuations, manufacturing & logistics strategies across all geographies (NA, LATAM, EMEA, PRC, AP). Monthly Cost Tape Submission  of final cost projections with corresponding CoC analysis and impacts. Co-work internally within the PCMI organization to align assumptions and follow-up on open issues related to cost impacts for MBG SLT submission and approval. Monthly Geo Sales & Operations Communications and Strategic Cost Analysis to further drive sales units and revenue, while sustaining healthy profitability. E2E cost support tracking from initiative plan until Actuals. Coordination of TMC changes and impacts to Geos, mapping out and tracking relationships between Product Cost x Pricing models. Support pricing strategies beyond formal financial cycles for long-term strategies. Creation of Presentation & Operational Tools for leadership review and analysis. Requirements: Degree in business, finance, accounting, or related discipline. 3+ Years of experience in Finance, Pricing or GSC Operations. Excellent written and verbal communication Full English proficiency required. Willingness to flex working hours to support stakeholders and team members based in different countries and time zones as business needs require. Strong Google (Sheets, Slides), PowerBI & Microsoft Office skills.
