At Pick Trace, we are digitizing the agriculture industry in a big way, and that's why we are looking for an Implementations Specialist to join our Implementations team.We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant or Accounting Manager to join our team on a part-time basis (approximately 20 hours per week). The ideal candidate will be experienced in Quick Books Online (QBO), Excel, and all core aspects of monthly accounting close processes.This role will report directly to the Controller. This role will be fully remote.WHAT WILL YOU DOWeeklyManage the full Accounts Receivable (AR) cycle:Receive and process client agreementsGenerate and send 10–20 invoices weeklyMaintain AR schedule and support collections (handle complex invoicing schedules)Oversee the full Accounts Payable (AP) cycle:Receive and process vendor billsRoute invoices for approvalDispute or follow up on payments when necessary (Bill.com experience preferred)Perform weekly
