Buscamos um(a) Engenheiro(a) DevOps Sênior para atuar na gestão, automação e proteção de ambientes complexos na AWS , em um projeto estratégico de uma empresa americana . Você será peça-chave na implementação de práticas de DevSecOps , garantindo que nossas arquiteturas sejam escaláveis, seguras, robustas e em conformidade com padrões internacionais. Se você domina AWS e a filosofia IaC (Infrastructure as Code) , essa oportunidade é para você. Responsabilidades e Atribuições Segurança e Governança AWS : Implementar e gerenciar melhores práticas de segurança em ambientes multi-conta, utilizando serviços como AWS Organizations, IAM, Security Hub e Control Tower. Infraestrutura como Código (IaC) : Desenvolver e manter toda a infraestrutura utilizando Terraform e/ou CloudFormation, garantindo padronização, automação e rastreabilidade. CI/CD Seguro : Projetar, implementar e otimizar pipelines de CI/CD para garantir entregas rápidas e seguras em nuvem. Monitoramento e Resposta : Implementar e gerenciar soluções de monitoramento e logging (CloudWatch, ELK, Prometheus/Grafana) para identificação e resolução proativa de incidentes. Conformidade e Auditoria : Assegurar que infraestrutura e aplicações estejam em conformidade com políticas de segurança e requisitos regulatórios, apoiando auditorias. Colaboração e DevSecOps : Trabalhar em parceria com equipes de desenvolvimento para integrar práticas de segurança desde o início do ciclo de vida (shift-left). Inovação : Pesquisar e propor soluções inovadoras para aprimorar continuamente a postura de segurança da empresa. Requisitos e Qualificações Experiência sólida como Engenheiro(a) DevOps, com foco em segurança e gestão de ambientes AWS. Profundo conhecimento de serviços AWS: IAM, VPC, EC2, S3, RDS, RedShift, Lambda, Security Hub, Control Tower e AWS Organizations. Experiência prática com IaC (Terraform e/ou CloudFormation). Experiência na implementação de pipelines de CI/CD (Github). Conhecimento em linguagens de script ( Python, Bash ) e ferramentas de monitoramento/logging. Compreensão sólida de conceitos de segurança em nuvem, redes e sistemas operacionais. Inglês fluente (leitura, escrita e conversação). Diferenciais Experiência com DevSecOps . Certificações AWS relevantes (AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, AWS Certified Security – Specialty). Conhecimento em segurança de contêineres (Docker).
