Airswift is seeking a Planner to work in an outsourced contract in Rio de Janeiro with a major Oil & Gas Company. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES - Controlling costs and planning the timetable for the Pre-Operations phase of the project. - Participating in, giving input to, and generating minutes of team meetings - Developing dashboards in PowerBI according to the team's expectations - Plan project activities from short to long term and integrate the project plan with the master plan - Establish a baseline and track progress, KPIs - Manage contractors' plan, baseline and progress - Provide input to external and internal reports/audits - Support the control of non-conformities in relation to suppliers - Facilitate discussions related to risk management, being the main point of contact between the project QRM and the pre-operations leaders JOB QUALIFICATIONS - Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Engineering or Economics - Experience in project control, control or planning activities - Knowledge of Power BI - Knowledge of SAFRAN, Primavera or MS Project  - Solid knowledge of financial and planning principles - Experience in the oil and gas sector, construction or international companies desirable - Advanced English ABOUT AIRSWIFT  Airswift serves as a strategic partner to our clients in STEM industries.
