We are looking for a Junior BPO Analyst, who wants to learn and transform their career, in a CLT contract, on-site, in the city of Londrina. In this role you will: Responsible for performing operational activities related to invoice issuance, and accounts payable/receivable control, ensuring compliance with internal processes and applicable legislation. Key Responsibilities: - Issuance and validation of electronic invoices (NF-e). - Posting and reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable. - Support in the analysis of fiscal and financial documents. - Handling internal requests and providing basic customer support. - Meeting deadlines and BPO quality standards. Requirements: -Advanced English - High school diploma completed (undergraduate studies in Administration, Accounting, or related fields are a plus). - Minimum of 6 months' experience in financial or fiscal routines. - Basic knowledge of ERP systems and Microsoft Office. Competencies: - Organization and attention to detail. - Good communication skills and teamwork. >>>>> What do we offer?
