Billing manager

The Billing Manager is responsible to ensuring our financial operations run seamlessly and align with business goals.Operations ManagementOversee daily checking and billing operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal policies and industry standards.Identify and implement improvements to reduce costs and boost productivity, including the integration of Intelligent Automation (IA) and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).Map, standardize, and optimize end-to-end processes to drive consistency, scalability, and efficiency.Team Leadership & Development Lead and develop a high-performing team of 20 by promoting collaboration, accountability, and continuous development.Stakeholder & Relationship ManagementServe as the key liaison between internal departments, clients, and vendors to resolve operational issues and maintain excellent service levels. Reporting & Strategic InsightsProvide regular reporting and insights to senior management, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.At least 5 years of experience in billing and checking operations, with preference for candidates from the advertising industry.Additional InformationStrong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Expertise in process mapping and standardization methodologies.Proven track record of driving operational improvements and managing change.High analytical ability with experience generating and interpreting operational reports.Knowledge of tools and platforms commonly used in checking and billing workflows, including AD Solutions.Familiarity with IA and RPA technologies.Effective communication to engage with agencies and facilitate process alignment meetings.Advanced English proficiency.Hybrid work (twice in person)Monday to Friday, from 09:00 to 12:00 and from 13:30 to 18:00;Life, health and dental insurance VR and VTWellhub Pharmacy agreement and birthday dayoff
