Key Technical Recruiter Role This is an exciting opportunity to drive our hiring efforts forward as a skilled and detail-oriented Key Technical Recruiter. We are looking for someone who can partner effectively with internal teams and clients to understand their hiring needs and role requirements, and work collaboratively to develop solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and engaging candidates for a range of technical and non-technical roles, ensuring that we attract the best talent in the market. A key part of this role will be managing full-cycle recruitment, from job posting to offer negotiation, and maintaining accurate data in our applicant tracking systems and internal reports. In addition, you will build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand positions, working closely with team members and hiring managers to identify skills gaps and opportunities. To ensure a smooth and timely candidate experience, you will need to keep stakeholders informed throughout the process, providing regular updates on the status of each candidate. As a Key Technical Recruiter, you will also have the opportunity to collaborate with other departments to improve our recruitment processes, implementing new strategies and techniques as needed. Finally, you will stay up-to-date on regional hiring trends and market insights across Europe and LATAM, using this knowledge to inform your decision-making and drive business growth.
