Nesta função você irá: Preparar passagem de turno, controlar etapas do processo de peneiramento e britagem de silício metálico, que é um processo da área operacional da Logística (Matéria-Prima, Picador, Despoeiramento de Sílica e Recebimento e Embarques). Realizar inspeção visual, zelar pelo funcionamento das instalações e equipamentos. Operar instalações industriais e equipamentos de campo e controlar fluxo de materiais e insumos. Trabalhar em conformidade com as normas de segurança, higiene, qualidade e preservação ambiental. Operar equipamentos atribuídos ou áreas da Fábrica com um grau de supervisão próximo a moderado. Executar e relatar sobre atividades relacionadas a operações de acordo com a Lista de Tarefas do Painel de Operações (OPD). Desenvolver habilidades técnicas no trabalho para executar atividades de trabalho de rotina usando os procedimentos padrão de operação existentes. Responsabilidades e Atribuições: Trabalho operacional em área industrial com o uso de EPIs. Operação do Sistema de Britagem e Peneiramento de Silício Metálico. Usar computador para treinamentos, uso de sistemas (SAP) e ferramentas de informática (planilha de excel, Word e email por outlook). Organização e limpeza da área de trabalho. Segue políticas de Disciplina Operacional, princípios, procedimentos, padrões e práticas para garantir a operação segura, confiável e eficiente das áreas de plantas designadas. Assegura que a disciplina operacional adequada está disponível para todas as atividades planejadas e não planejadas. Opera em campo e verifica equipamentos de processo. Monitora as condições do processo, as principais métricas de desempenho, equipamentos e sistemas de controle e toma as decisões apropriadas para manter e / ou alcançar as taxas e condições desejadas alinhadas com as metas de Plant / Site / Business. Executa tarefas planejadas operacionais e relacionadas a tarefas que surgem como um resultado da resolução de eventos não planejados. Trabalha com membros da equipe de turno e outras equipes de turno para alavancar as habilidades e o conhecimento para equilibrar a carga de trabalho assegurando que as tarefas atribuídas sejam concluídas por datas de vencimento. Mantém a qualificação em áreas designadas, por política de instalação, e conclui as metas de treinamento de maneira oportuna. Isso inclui o uso de tempo discricionário para lidar com habilidades e lacunas de conhecimento. Executa atividades de Resposta Imediata, conforme designado. Identificar oportunidades de melhoria. Usa conhecimentos e habilidades do processo para melhorar o desempenho e a disciplina operacional. Identifica proativamente melhorias e oportunidades utilizando os processos de melhoria da instalação, gerenciamento apropriado de processos de mudança e ferramentas de comunicação. Desempenha Manutenção Autônoma, incluindo reparos menores e manutenção preventiva, utilizando políticas, procedimentos, processos e disciplinas apropriadas.Nota: Sujeito a acordos locais.
