The Role As a Mainframe z/OS Network Host Support at Kyndryl, you’ll solve complex problems and identify potential future issues across the spectrum of platforms and services. You’ll be at the forefront of new technology and modernization, working with some of our biggest clients – which means some of the biggest in the world. Responsibilites: Install, configure, and maintain mainframe network components: TCP/IP, NET/VTAM, CLS, NDM. Perform performance tuning and troubleshooting for network systems. Participate in on-call support rotation for critical incidents. Configure and monitor security settings for mainframe network systems. Manage change and incident processes using ServiceNow. Ensure compliance with enterprise-level environmental standards. Communicate effectively with stakeholders in English (verbal and written).
