Job Description: Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Manager Location: Sao Paulo, Brazil Leading Fintech company with operations in Sao Paulo, Brazil. Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SRE Manager to lead our Site Reliability Engineering team in Sao Paulo. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of leadership experience, demonstrating skills in implementing cultural changes and managing high-demand services with a strong focus on cybersecurity. Responsibilities: Leadership and Team Management: Lead and effectively manage the SRE team, providing leadership and guidance. Implement cultural changes fostering collaboration and efficiency. Cybersecurity: Oversee cybersecurity practices, ensuring the protection of systems and data. Collaborate with security teams to implement best practices. High-Demand Services: Manage high-demand services, ensuring optimal availability and performance. Implement scalable and efficient solutions to enhance infrastructure. Automation and Efficiency: Drive process automation to improve operational efficiency. Implement SRE tools and practices for frictionless operations. Interfunctional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with development, operations, and security teams. Ensure the continuous delivery of reliable products and services. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute long-term strategies to improve site reliability. Plan and coordinate activities to ensure infrastructure resilience. Requirements: Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE). Strong experience in implementing cultural changes and improving operational efficiency. Extensive experience in cybersecurity and information security practices. Experience in managing high-demand services and critical production environments. Solid knowledge of automation and SRE tools. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in collaborative environments.
