At 300 Software, we help companies move from manual, fragmented processes to automated and data-driven operations.We build custom systems, analytics layers, dashboards, and integrations that bring clarity, visibility, and strategic decision-making.We’re looking for aBI Analyst / Power BI Specialistto support a large operational platform with dashboards, data models, semantic layers, and governance controls.You will work with ahighly data-driven team in an international project , focused on analytics for operational and strategic decision-making.This role is fully remote.Must-Have SkillsStrong experience withPower BI Experience withdata modeling (fato/dimensão) Experience withDAX(measures, calculated tables, KPIs) Experience withPower Query / Dataflows Experience implementingRLS SQL (joins, subqueries, basic optimization) Experience with BigQuery or Azure-based data sources Ability to validate data and guarantee accuracyNice to HavePower BI Embedded Power Automate Git KPI design and governance
