The Role We are seeking a highly analytical and business-savvy Senior Data Analyst to drive insights and decision-making for our financial products portfolio, including credit analysis, loans, and credit cards. In this role, you will combine data science expertise with business acumen to design data-driven strategies, optimize risk models, and enhance customer experience. You will work closely with stakeholders across Product, Risk, and Technology teams to transform raw data into actionable intelligence. Key Responsibilities Data Strategy & Analysis Lead the design and execution of advanced analytics for credit risk, loan performance, and card usage Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting frameworks using Google Data Studio and Looker Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for growth or risk mitigation Modeling & Insights Collaborate with Data Scientists to build and validate predictive models for credit scoring, fraud detection, and customer segmentation Apply statistical techniques and machine learning methods to improve decision-making in underwriting and portfolio management Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for business leaders Collaboration & Communication Partner with Product Managers and Finance teams to align analytics with business objectives Present insights and strategies to senior stakeholders, ensuring clarity and impact Act as a bridge between technical teams and business units, fostering a data-driven culture Required Qualifications Experience 5+ years of experience in data analytics or business analysis, preferably in financial services Education Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data manipulation and analysis Experience with Google BigQuery for large-scale data processing Strong knowledge of statistical modeling and predictive analytics Business Skills Deep understanding of credit products, risk management, and financial KPIs Ability to translate data insights into business strategies Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with machine learning frameworks (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow) for credit risk modeling Experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services such as Vertex AI, Cloud Functions, and Pub/Sub Knowledge of regulatory compliance (e.g., Basel, GDPR) and data governance in financial services
