SAM Solution Engineer

**Proficiency in Mandarin will be considered a plus** Description The PVBM Solution Engineer should support the sales growth of GoodWe’s BIPV business unit by developing strong relationships with technical stakeholders in GoodWe’s distributor, installer and EPC network in Brazil and by ensuring their trust in GoodWe’s solutions and products. Job Responsibilities 1. Technical Consultation Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and challenges; Conduct in-depth technical discussions with prospective clients to identify their needs; Support the sales teams with projects specification; Support the sales teams with customer visits on strategic negotiations. 2. Product Demonstration Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to the client's specific requirements; Showcase the value proposition of GoodWe’s products and solutions through face-to-face or online demonstrations (workshops, trainings, webinars, presentations, etc.; Create and design portfolio and product features presentations; Handle and participate on exhibitions and PV trade shows. 3. Solution Design Work closely with the Brazilian and Chinese teams to understand the technical aspects of GoodWe’s offerings; Design and propose customized solutions that address client needs and align with GoodWe’s product capabilities; Collect product demands from the Brazilian BIPV market. 4. Technical Support Provide pre-sales technical support to clients, answering queries and addressing concerns; Assist clients in understanding the technical aspects of GoodWe’s products and how they can meet their objectives; Support the marketing team with content creation and promotions; Create SOP documents and videos about product and features. 5. Proof of Concept (PoC) Collaborate with clients to develop and execute proof-of-concept projects; Ensure successful PoC outcomes that demonstrate the effectiveness and value of GoodWe’s solutions. 6.
