DescriptionWe're seeking an experienced Dev Ops/LLMOps or MLOps/ LLMOps Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain the infrastructure supporting Large Language Model (LLM) platforms. This role blends Dev Ops best practices with AI/ML expertise, with a focus on building and scaling agentic AI systems that integrate directly with LLMs. You'll drive development of intelligent, autonomous agents while ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance across training, fine-tuning, and deployment pipelines.English fluency is a MUST for this role Only candidates with level C1 or C2 will be considered:A1 BeginnerA2 ElementaryB1 IntermediateB2 Upper-IntermediateC1 AdvancedC2 ProficientResponsibilitiesOwn strategy and execution of agentic AI systems using LLMs and autonomous decision-making componentsBuild prototypes and scale them into MVPs demonstrating real-world AI viabilityCollaborate with engineering and product teams to embed LLM agents into user-facing featuresDesign and manage CI/CD pipelines for LLM training and deployment workflowsProvide technical leadership on Dev Ops, security, and deployment strategies for AI/ML modelsRequirements5+ years building and deploying ML or Gen AI systems in production, with strong architectural and systems-level ownership2+ years of proven experience with LLM integration, LLM-based agents, or autonomous reasoning systemsEnd-to-end AI/ML delivery: data prep, training, evaluation, deployment, monitoringCloud expertise (AWS, GCP, or Azure) with CI/CD pipelines, multi-tenant deployments, and infrastructure automationExperience with Databricks and familiarity with Langchain / Gen AI toolkitsStrong agility and ability to deliver in fast-moving product environmentsNice To HaveAdvanced degree (MS/Ph. D.) in ML, Computer Science, or related fieldDeep expertise in Dev Ops/MLOps practices and scaling secure, enterprise-grade AI workflowsBroader data engineering knowledge, especially in DatabricksBackground in aviation industry
