Joom Pro is the first and only end-to-end cross-border B2 B marketplace. It serves small, medium, and large businesses, handling orders of any size from start to finish. Today, Joom Pro operates in Brazil and Mexico, with plans to expand into other markets. Joom Pro is one of the key businesses of Joom, an international tech-centric group of e-commerce companies founded in 2016 in Latvia. Joom Group also includes other businesses: Joom, a global cross-border marketplace; Joom Pulse, an AI analytics tool for Mercado Livre sellers; and Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany. Joom Group has offices in Latvia, China, Portugal, Germany, and Brazil, with its headquarters in Lisbon, Portugal. We work as one international team, sharing knowledge and collaborating across countries, businesses, and products. We are looking for a proactive Video Content Creator to organize the end-to-end production of the video content for the Joom Pro brand. Responsibilities Produce video content from brief to final delivery, including scriptwriting, pre-production, filming/recording, editing, and post-production Create short-form and mid-length videos for social media, paid ads, and educational content Repurpose existing content into video formats Translate business and marketing goals into compelling video storytelling Ensure brand and quality consistency in video output Requirements 3–4 years of experience in video production or content creation Strong hands-on skills in filming and editing Familiarity with short-form and performance video formats Ability to manage multiple projects with deadlines Preferred Good English proficiency We offer Compensation package: base salary and bonuses PJ employment with a possibility to move to CLT employment later Collaboration with colleagues across Portugal, Brazil, Latvia and China, with opportunities for promotions Before applying for the above position, please review our Candidate Privacy Notice here: Pro_Brazil_Job_Applicant_Privacy_Notice.pdf*.
