About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Consultant or Developer (minimum 8-10 years of experience) to join our expanding AMS support and Project Delivery team for a leading US-based client. The role requires strong Salesforce expertise in consulting and/or development, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality support and enhancements.Key Responsibilities:Provide day-to-day support, maintenance, and enhancement of the client's Salesforce environment.Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.Design, configure, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, etc.).Manage and maintain integrations with other systems.Collaborate with client teams and internal technical resources.Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely manner.Maintain system documentation and support user training efforts.Requirements:Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant or Developer.Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I/II, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, etc.) highly preferred.Strong knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura/LWC), Flows.Experience with integration tools and APIs.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting.Extensive expertise in some of the following areas:B2 B and e-Commerce solutionsService Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Marketing CloudExperience Cloud (Community Cloud)Einstein and AI-driven analyticsMule Soft Integration Suite and Integration Designer Platform (IDP)Nice to have Qualifications:Experience with Chat GPT 4.0 prompt engineering or similar AI tools, particularly document ingestion use cases, is a significant advantage.
