You're someone who thrives at the intersection of architecture, hands‐on development, and mentorship, balancing strategic decision‐making with a passion for building exceptional software. You enjoy shaping engineering standards, elevating team capabilities, and making thoughtful choices that influence long-term product success. You're motivated by solving complex technical challenges and creating environments where engineers can do their best work.Lead Software Engineer | Day-to-DayLead the design and development of complex, scalable applications using. NET and modern Java Script frameworks such as Angular or React.Define engineering standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines for the development team.Architect and maintain secure, high‐availability cloud-based systems optimized for performance.Partner with Product, QA, and Dev Ops teams to ensure alignment between technical solutions and business goals.Mentor engineers, fostering continuous learning, quality craftsmanship, and knowledge sharing.Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to quality, security, and maintainability standards.Solve advanced technical challenges and influence decisions related to architecture and technology stack selection.Lead Software Engineer | Skills & Experience7+ years of software engineering experience, with advanced proficiency in. NET and modern Java Script frameworks (Angular or React).Proven experience leading engineering teams and collaborating effectively across functions.Strong expertise in Type Script, Java Script, HTML5, CSS3, and modern web development standards.Hands-on experience deploying and optimizing applications on AWS or other major cloud platforms.Deep understanding of system architecture, design patterns, and scalable application principles.Excellent leadership and communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
