Job Description: We are seeking a Junior Research and Development Analyst to work on the development of new products, raw materials, packaging materials, and adaptations, in accordance with guidance from the area's management. The professional will use laboratory bench technological resources, procedures, and necessary materials, with a focus on meeting customer requests and the company's internal needs. Responsibilities: Assist in the development of new products on a laboratory scale; Prepare solutions for industrial laboratories; Perform physical, optical, and mechanical analyses on products and materials under development; Carry out sampling and analysis of raw materials, including pigments and fibrous and non-fibrous materials; Participate in the preparation of sample kits for customers; Assist, when necessary, in registering processes under development in the current control system. Requirements: Completed or ongoing higher education in Chemical Engineering or related fields. Differentials: Intermediate English; Registration with CRQ (active or eligible for registration); Experience in the Research and Development area, with activities in laboratory environments, product development, analyses, and handling of raw materials.
