Title: Infrastructure and Operations Project Manager Location: Brazil, remote Work Time Zone: PST overlap Start Date: Immediate The Infrastructure and Operations Project Manager is a strategic role responsible for the planning, execution, and operational success of the organization's IT Infrastructure initiatives and daily operations. This individual will manage a portfolio of complex, cross-functional programs, ensuring they align with strategic business objectives and are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, program management skills, and leadership capabilities to manage both projects and ongoing operational stability. This position is part of the IT Global Infrastructure & Operation team and will be remote. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Program and Project Management: Lead the end-to-end management of multiple, interconnected infrastructure projects (e.g., data center migrations, cloud platform adoption, EUC, IAM, network upgrades, etc) from initiation to closure. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans and roadmaps for the IT infrastructure and operations function, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and future needs. Budget and Financial Management: Develop, monitor, and control program and operational budgets, manage expenditures, and ensure cost-effectiveness of IT investments. Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues impacting program implementation or daily operations, develop comprehensive mitigation strategies, and manage issue resolution processes. Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders across various departments, providing regular updates on project status, performance metrics, and risks. Process Improvement and Compliance: Drive the adoption of industry best practices (e.g., ITIL, Agile, Waterfall) and ensure compliance with relevant security protocols and regulatory requirements. The essential requirements of the job include: Experience: 5+ years of experience in program or project management within an IT infrastructure environment, with a proven track record of successfully managing large-scale, complex initiatives. Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of infrastructure technologies including cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), networking, servers (Windows/Linux), virtualization, and data center operations. Project Management Methodologies: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). PMP or PgMP certification is highly desirable. Exceptional leadership, communication (written and oral), and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with keen attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Strategic thinking and the capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels. Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements: 5%-10% travel as per business requirements. It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Experience in managing geographically dispersed or matrixed teams. Jira, Confluence
