Guiding and evaluating the team under the company's code of conduct vision, as well as motivating in their careers.  Experience in systems implementation and project participation. Experience with people leadership - managing conflicts, optimizing the team routines and yours. Knowledge in Productions, Sales Market and controlling.  Organize and support any physical inventory Qualificações Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Good reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles is essential  4- 5 years accounting or related experience and potentially to manage a team of 4 - 5 members  Teamwork and collaborate with other departments. High attention to detail and strong communication skills.
