Estamos em busca de um Project Sr. Consultant com sólida experiência em metodologias de melhoria de processos. Será responsável por conduzir a execução ponta a ponta de programas, otimizar a eficiência operacional e escalar a adoção de agentes inteligentes para melhorar resultados de negócio.O Project Sr. Consultant atuará em parceria com equipes multifuncionais (incluindo Produto, Engenharia, Operações e Stakeholders de Negócio) para definir roadmaps, simplificar processos de entrega e garantir impacto mensurável.Além disso, atuará como PM em iniciativas de Microsoft Customer Zero relacionadas à implantação de novas funcionalidades em OneDrive e SharePoint, incluindo entendimento de novos recursos junto ao time de Produto, testes, avaliações de compliance, elaboração de documentação no TechWeb, coleta de feedback e reporte contínuo para as equipes de Produto. Responsabilidades: Gestão de Programas Liderança de Projetos: Conduzir iniciativas end-to-end Otimização de Processos: Identificar ineficiências, propor melhorias e implementar processos escaláveis, incluindo desenho de workflows. Gestão de Stakeholders: Atuar como advisor para líderes e stakeholders, alinhando necessidades do negócio aos resultados do programa. Gestão de Mudança e Adoção: Criar frameworks para escalar a adoção de agentes inteligentes, com treinamentos e planos de comunicação. Governança & Compliance: Definir práticas de governança para assegurar segurança, conformidade e padrões operacionais. Métricas & Relatórios: Definir KPIs, monitorar resultados, reportar impacto (ROI, adoção, eficiência). Colaboração Multifuncional: Trabalhar com Engenharia, Produto e Operações para entregar soluções integradas. Customer Zero (OneDrive/SharePoint): Realizar testes funcionais, reviews de compliance, documentação técnica, coleta estruturada de feedback e comunicação contínua com equipes de Produto. undefined undefined undefined undefined undefined
