Job Summary: We are looking for a highly organized and efficient Administrative Manager to oversee and coordinate the administrative operations at BIWIN Storage. The successful candidate will ensure smooth office functioning while supporting executive leadership and various departments. This role is crucial for maintaining organizational efficiency and effectiveness.Key Responsibilities:Office Management:Oversee daily office operations and ensure administrative systems run efficientlyManage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance contractsHR Administration Support:Assist with HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and employee recordsCoordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activitiesFinancial Administration:Process expense reports and maintain petty cashAssist with budget preparation and financial document organizationExecutive Support:Provide administrative support to senior managementManage executives' calendars, travel arrangements, and meeting preparationsDocument Management:Develop and maintain filing systems for important company documentsEnsure compliance with document retention policiesCommunication:Act as a liaison between departments and external partnersCoordinate internal communications and updatesVendor Management:Manage relationships with service providers and vendorsReview and process vendor contracts and invoicesFacilities Coordination:Oversee office space planning and allocationCoordinate office relocations or expansions when necessaryQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field4+ years of experience in office management or administrative rolesProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and administrative softwareStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProblem-solving mindset with attention to detailDiscretion when handling confidential informationExperience in the technology sector preferred
