The foundation is in place—now we need an architect to guide the transformation from the existing platform while redesigning processes to meet evolving business needs.The Challenge: You’ll be the technical architect guiding this transformation . Define how data moves to the new platform, redesign workflows for modern architecture, and ensure the business keeps running throughout the transition.Your Role: You’ll be the technical reference for this platform evolution For that, you'll need:Design the Migration Approach : Define how to transition from the existing platform to Snowflake while maintaining business operations.Redesign Data Processes : Transform current workflows into modern, scalable patterns using dbt and Prefect.Establish Technical Standards:  Create patterns and best practices for the new platform.Support Business Needs:  Balance migration work with delivering new capabilities the business demands.Optimize and Scale : Design for performance, cost efficiency, and growing data volumes.Guide the Engineering Team : Mentor engineers on modern data practices and architectural thinking.Enable Velocity : Build frameworks and reference implementations that accelerate migration and development.This is an architecture and leadership role .
