We are looking for a ADMS Specialist, who wants to learn and transform their career, in a CLT contract. In this role you will: Design, implement, and optimize ADMS solutions to meet business needs and improve operational efficiency. Work closely with stakeholders to ensure ADMS solutions are aligned with organizational goals and requirements. Continuously evaluate and enhance ADMS capabilities, ensuring high availability and performance. Lead the deployment of new ADMS systems and upgrades to enhance system functionality and performance. Oversee the planning, execution, and testing of ADMS deployments and upgrades, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Ensure smooth and timely transition to upgraded versions, following best practices and industry standards. Troubleshoot and resolve defects within the ADMS platform in a timely and effective manner. Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to investigate, diagnose, and resolve any issues impacting system performance or functionality. Provide ongoing support for defect management and work on root cause analysis to prevent future issues. Running the scripts for FAT, SAT Testing and post analysis & investigation and categorisation of defects. Manage the setup and configuration of ADMS replication groups to ensure data consistency and system synchronization across multiple environments. Implement best practices for replication, ensuring high availability, data integrity, and disaster recovery capabilities. Monitor replication performance and troubleshoot issues related to data replication across systems. Must have: Strong experience with ADMS (Advanced Distribution Management Systems). Proven track record of successfully managing ADMS deployment and upgrades. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve ADMS defects in a fast-paced environment. Expertise in setting up and managing ADMS replication groups for high availability and data consistency. Familiarity with distributed systems and data replication technologies. Solid understanding of system architecture, networking, and database management. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication skills for working with internal teams and external stakeholders. Good to have: Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for ADMS deployment and defect resolution. Experience working in the utilities or energy management sectors. Familiarity with system monitoring and performance tuning for ADMS environments. Must have good understanding in the IT Systems & Digital Implementation Services. Good experience with Unix, and/or Windows systems. Understanding of software analysis, design and architecture. Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or comparable discipline from an accredited university. Experience in Linux, SQL, Python, Docker, Jenkins. Ability to work independently and be self-motivated. Strong oral and written communication skills. Customer focused and good team player Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
