What you will experience: Dynamic rotations: Undertake three exciting and challenging international rotations of eight months each, starting in your home country, and which will include regional office/business area, affiliate and/or HQ, Denmark or International Operations Strategic Operations, Zurich.Real-World Challenges: Gain hands-on experience with business challenges and risks in the pharmaceutical industry.Strategic partnerships: Partner with internal stakeholders and develop a strong commercial understanding to impact the business.International Career Opportunities: Build the competencies required to become a future finance leader or specialist at Novo Nordisk. Your graduate track As part of International Operations, you will join our largest operational unit. Your skills & qualifications To succeed in the role, we seek candidates who fulfil the following criteria: A master’s degree obtained in or , demonstrating above-average academic achievements in one or more of the following fields: finance, economics, accounting, business administration or management accounting. International experience from studying abroad, or through work or volunteering opportunities. Relevant work experience of no more than one year of full-time work after completing a master’s degree. Professional fluency in English and willingness to relocate globally.
