We are looking for Technical Support , Onsite in Sao Paulo who wants to learn and transform his career. In this role you will: (responsibilities)The Onsite Support Technician is responsible for end user support and work environment. Responsibilities: . User support . Diagnosis and resolution of IT issues . Equipment configuration and maintenance . Environment checklist Competencies: . 1-5 years' experience as technical support . Operating Systems (Windows, mac OS, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP). Horizontal and Vertical Application Distribution, SCCM, Liquid, CDP, Atom . Remote Access, Virtual Desktop . MDM, PXE boot . Microsoft 365, Collaboration Suites . Hardware (desktops, laptops). Networking (TCP/IP, Wi Fi, VPN, Vlan, routing protocols). Service Desk/ITSM systems, Itil . Clarity and objectivity in oral and written communication . Active listening and empathy to understand user needs . Ability to explain technical solutions in accessible language . Customer Service (Patience, courtesy). Proactivity in problem-solving . Organization and discipline . Time management . Interaction with other IT teams and vendors . Results-oriented .
