If you're energized by a high-impact role where no two days look the same, you'll fit right in.What is the role?We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, driving HR initiatives that support our company's growth, culture, and organizational effectiveness. You will play a critical role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives and ensuring our teams are empowered and engaged.This role will be hybrid to our São Paulo office, which will require you in office 2-3 days per week. This is a CLT contract, paid in $BRL. In this role you'll:Partner with senior leadership and management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals.Design and implement organizational structures that enhance efficiency and support business growth.Coach and develop leaders to build strong leadership capabilities across the organization.Provide expert guidance on organizational design, talent management, employee relations, and performance management.Lead cross-functional projects and work in a matrix environment collaborating with global teams to drive HR initiatives.Drive initiatives related to employee engagement, culture, and talent development.Support leaders through change management, workforce planning, and capability development.Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and recommend solutions.Leverage AI tools and technologies to enhance HR processes and decision-making.Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.Act as a point of contact for employee concerns and facilitate effective communication across teams.What you'll bring:Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic HR role.Fluent in English (both written and spoken).Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels in a remote and hybrid environment.Proven experience in organizational design, including org structure development, job architecture, and operating model design.Strong track record in coaching and developing leaders at various levels.Demonstrated experience using AI tools and technologies in HR processes (e.g., talent analytics, recruitment, or employee engagement).Proven experience supporting a fast-paced, development-driven tech environment.Demonstrated ability to lead projects and work in a matrix structure, collaborating effectively with global cross-functional teams.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously.Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.Nice to have:Experience working in or with American or international tech companies and also in global companies with strong interaction with headquarters.Knowledge of HRIS systems and analytics tools.Advanced knowledge of organizational design methodologies and frameworks.Additional details:At Teachable, we are committed to providing fair and competitive pay (using market data to inform our pay bands), rewarding high performance, and ensuring all employees have the opportunity and ability to impact Teachable's overall company value. Base salaries will be reviewed at regular intervals throughout the year, typically following performance review cycles currently conducted annually or in conjunction with a promotion.
