The ideal scenario to expand ideas through the right tools, contributing to our success in a collaborative environment.We are looking for a Application Project Manager, who wants to learn and transform their career, in a CLT contract, hybrid / on-site, in the state of Minas Gerais.In this role you will: The Application Project Manager will drive the delivery and management of IT applications throughout their lifecycle. This role is essential to ensure the effectiveness, security and innovation of the applications, contributing to the overall technological advancement and operational efficiency of the organization. The professional must possess a distinct combination of business, IT, financial, and communication skills.Main Responsibilities: ● Project Management: Developing detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables. Ensure the timely and successful delivery of IT projects, meeting defined goals and expectations. ● Leadership and People Management: Lead and inspire project teams, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Provide support, guidance, and mentorship to team members, encouraging their professional growth. ● Stakeholder Management: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with all project stakeholders, ensuring that their needs and expectations are understood and managed effectively. ● Resource Management and Budget: Allocate and manage resources effectively to ensure project delivery within scope, deadline, and budget constraints. Develop and manage the project budget, seeking to optimize expenses and minimize the total cost of ownership. ● Supplier and Contract Management: Collaborate and negotiate with suppliers, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and service level agreements (SLAs). ● Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to ensure successful completion. ● Quality Assurance and Compliance: Implement rigorous testing and quality assurance protocols. Ensure that all project activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.Essential Requirements (Hard Skills): ● Experience: Minimum of 11 to 15 years of experience. More than 10 years of experience in IT project management with a focus on application development and deployment. ● Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. ● Tools: Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Jira, Trello. Knowledge of reporting and analysis tools to track metrics and project performance. ● Methodologies: Familiarity with project management methodologies such as PMI, PRINCE2 and Agile approaches.Soft Skills: ● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ● Leadership: Strong leadership qualities to guide and motivate teams. ● Conflict Resolution: Proficiency in identifying and resolving conflicts through effective mediation and negotiation techniques. ● Negotiation Skill and Influence: Effective negotiation skills for dealing with contracts. Ability to influence in an environment where paper does not directly control resources. ● Adaptation: Ability to adapt to new circumstances in a changing business environment. ● Customer Focus: A customer-centric approach to understanding and meeting needs effectively. ● Languages: English and/or French are considered an asset.Expected Skills: ● Lead and motivate teams, demonstrating empathy. ● Maintain a high level of expertise in IT applications and systems. ● Oversee the integration of various IT applications to ensure operation and security. ● Evaluate and recommend technical solutions that align with business needs. ● Establish and manage customer expectations. ● Develop and execute a resource plan to ensure that the right people are in the right place, doing the right things at the right time.Differentials (Nice to Have): ● Certifications: PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent. Scrum Master certification or equivalent Agile certification. ● Education: Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field. ● Knowledge: Strong knowledge of ITIL practices.
