The Brazil Sales Manager is responsible for developing and executing a clearly defined Sales strategy in the LATAM/Brazil region and plan in a manner that supports consistent business growth and enhances SUBNET brand equity. The position is responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, training, and managing all Sales functions in this region to achieve SUBNET objectives of sales, growth, profitability, and visibility that is consistent with the corporate direction. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Strategic Sales Leadership • Execute executive-level sales goals aligned with corporate strategy. • Develop and track KPIs for all sales programs, reporting progress to senior leadership. • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting and pipeline visibility. • Define and manage incentive programs to drive sales performance. • Monitor market, customer, and competitor trends, providing strategic insights. • Maintain strong relationships with the senior executive team to ensure alignment. Team & Talent Management • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing sales team through structured development programs, 1:1 meetings, and ensure alignment with global objectives. • Oversee hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management. • Conduct regular performance reviews, goal setting, and coaching sessions. • Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and customer focus.
