FP&A Specialist, LATAM

Responsibilities: Work with various project development/project financing/project construction teams and understand project cost and funding structure. Develop weekly project cash flow forecast based on project cost and funding structure (based on project finance). Initiate and participate in various business meetings to understand the progress of a project in development, EPC and project finance. Read through all the investment documents & memos and develop models to assess the profitability and funding requirement of an investment. Develop and maintain monthly financial reporting, forecasts and budget packages. Assess and challenge the reasonability of data collected and drive the corrections when required. Deliver actionable items or recommendations based on findings through thorough research and analysis. Develop an effective process and ensure that all issues are adequately identified and driven to closure by working with relative owners in operations or finance. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor degree or above in Accounting or Finance 3+ years’ financial analysis/accounting experience in a large MNC Strong Excel skills Strong communication skills in English, Spanish as a plus. Team player able to coordinate and to align support from different functions Autonomous and self-driven attitude to solve problems independently High proactivity, commitment and flexibility to work with multi-regional teams Ability to work under pressure and deliver timely in a fast paced environment Strong push to get things done and to comply with quality standards Strong desire to learn and grow.
