Learn more about it THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a Partner Sales Operations Analyst to our Global Sales Operations team in São Paulo The Sales Operations Analyst will play a crucial support role in ensuring the Sales Team can effectively utilize Salesforce and other sales tools to drive performance. This role is designed to provide direct assistance with Salesforce operations, including training, onboarding, troubleshooting support, and data management. As the main point of contact for the Partnership Team on primarily Salesforce-related matters, the analyst will collaborate closely with other departments, particularly Product Development, to resolve issues and optimize the platform's use. YOUR IMPACT Salesforce Support: Act as the first point of contact for the Partnership Team regarding Salesforce-related questions, troubleshooting bugs, and resolving user issues. Collaboration with Product Development will be essential for addressing more complex technical problems. Training & Onboarding: Develop and deliver training materials, conduct live sessions, and onboard new Salesforce users. This will ensure that the Partnership Team is continuously updated on how to best use the platform and its tools. Salesforce Data Management: Provide support for bulk data uploads (e.g., new
