We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to join our team and contribute to our expansion and penetration into the Latin America IVD market.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets for the Latin America market.
  • Conduct market due diligence and bring new projects from top IVD customers, improving Fapon's visibility and reputation in the market.
  • Analyze market trends and perform competitive landscape analysis for Fapon's products.
  • Establish and maintain good relationships with industry KOLs, experts, and decision-makers in healthcare, research, and academic settings.
  • Maintain awareness of the IVD industry and its trends in the Latin America market.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field, with at least 3 years of sales experience in IVD raw materials or instruments.
  • Experience in direct sales networks with excellent cooperative relationships with local IVD manufacturers.
  • English-speaking, willing to adapt to and grow in a culturally diverse and multinational company.
  • Proactive attitude and positive approach.
  • Prior experience in IVD industry sales, particularly in immunodiagnostic raw materials and reagents.
