Job Overview

A Production Manager is needed to drive Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD) performance. This role involves setting goals, implementing strategies, tracking progress, leading team problem-solving initiatives, and facilitating improvement workshops.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure QCD performance through goal-setting, strategy implementation, and progress tracking
  • Lead team in problem-solving initiatives and facilitate quality improvement workshops
  • Handle personnel issues, ensure proper team management, and foster individual development within the team
  • Maintain compliance with Group Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards and mitigate risks
Requirements
  • Associate's degree in engineering or Diploma with a specialization in Production
  • 1-3 years of production experience, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Operational level of English
