Operational Excellence Specialist

The Operational Excellence Specialist will be responsible for driving strategic and tactical initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, productivity, and quality within the Fulfillment Center (FC). This role will work closely with various stakeholders to identify areas of opportunity, develop process improvements, manage daily operations, track performance metrics, and bridge between FC operations and business teams.
- Duties will include:
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and improve productivity;
- Identifying and addressing gaps and pain points in existing processes;
- Developing and implementing solutions to address opportunities for improvement;
- Managing daily operations, including monitoring performance metrics and reporting on key indicators;
- Bridging between FC operations and business teams to drive alignment and collaboration;

Responsibilities:
- Act as a liaison between FC Operations and FBA Business teams;
- Identify areas of opportunities, map processes, propose optimizations, and implement changes;
- Manage daily operations, build and own metrics, and reports;
- Create solutions that address pain points/opportunities and improve Seller Experience;

FBA is a critical component of Amazon's operations in Brazil, handling inventory management, customer returns, and delivery services for sellers. As a member of this team, you will be working closely with sellers to resolve issues, optimize processes, and ensure seamless customer experiences.
