Drive Business Transformation as a Salesforce Analyst


About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to collaborate with process owners and drive business process improvement standards in support of scaling our customer success organization.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Establish governance around process improvements, including cadence, processes, responsibilities, tools, documentation, storage, etc.
  2. Define, maintain, and enforce standards for process maps and supporting documentation.
  3. Support business process owners in creating, optimizing, and automating services.
  4. Facilitate process workshops and observe processes in action.
  5. Solve process-related problems and drive continuous process improvement.
  6. Monitor and report on process effectiveness and ensure processes align with business objectives.
  7. Keep processes highly visible and accessible to the organization.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  1. 3+ years experience in business process mapping or re-engineering.
  2. Strong knowledge and experience with Sales Cloud.
  3. Strong analytical skills and ability to understand process details and linkages to strategy and objectives.
  4. Demonstrated ability to facilitate working sessions and drive outcomes.
  5. Detail-oriented with ability to communicate relevant detail levels.
  6. Able to initiate and nurture relationships at all levels.
  7. Excellent English communication skills.
  8. Strong work ethic, craftsmanship, and quality standards.
  9. Knowledge of enterprise contact center and CRM systems (Sales or Service Cloud, Communities, CPQ).
