Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Senior Director, Business Analytics & Customer Insights to join our team at Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine (Pharmaceuticals). This role will be based in Bogotá, Colombia, Sao Paulo, Brazil, or Mexico City, Mexico.
About the Role: As a Regional Senior Director, Business Analytics & Customer Insights, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of business analytics and customer insights strategies across the region. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute business analytics and customer insights strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement analytics and insights solutions
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop solutions
- Provide data-driven insights to inform business decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analytics and customer insights
Requirements:
- Proven experience in business analytics and customer insights
- Strong leadership and collaboration skills
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders
- Experience with data visualization tools and technologies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
