About the Role

We are seeking a Java Solution Architect to join our team and work remotely.

Key Responsibilities
  • Designing and implementing solutions that meet customer needs
  • Leading technical design and strategy across projects
  • Ensuring the use of best practices and design patterns
  • Creating technical documents and managing client expectations
  • Defining and implementing an effective DevOps strategy
  • Mentoring and coaching technical team members
Requirements
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in similar role
  • Experience in Software Architecture, Java, Spring, and REST
  • English fluency and availability to travel
Education and Skills
  • Undergraduate or Master's degree in Computer Science and Engineering or similar course
  • Ability to lead and guide technical teams
  • Experience in designing portal solutions
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current and future technology trends
  • Training and coaching skills
  • Communication skills in English
Technical Skills
  • Relevant development experience in Java Web/Enterprise projects
  • Experience with Java, Maven, Tomcat, JBoss, Websphere, Spring, SOAP, REST, Apache Camel, database applications, and source control tools
  • Experience with DevOps tools and strategies
