Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Lead Data Scientist.

As a Lead Data Scientist, you will be responsible for leading the development of advanced data science initiatives that drive business growth and improve customer experiences.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for innovation and implement data-driven solutions that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and deploy machine learning models to improve processes and deliver successful results.
  • Communicate complex findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in data science or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills in Python, R, or similar.
  • Proficiency in SQL and tools like Databricks, AWS.
  • Understanding of statistical methods and data modeling, including neural networks.
  • Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel.
  • Proven experience deploying ML projects in Python.
  • Ability to communicate complex findings clearly to diverse audiences.
