Are you a skilled entry writer with a passion for customs regulations? We have an exciting opportunity for a Customs Representative III to join our team at UPS. In this role, you will utilize your advanced knowledge of HTS classification to participate in government agency clearances.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare customs entries and coordinate freight logistics with carriers, overseas offices, and importers.
  • Follow up on customs clearance processes and resolve documentation discrepancies.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and supervisors regarding documentation issues.
  • Establish and maintain client relationships.
  • Prepare reports and analysis using various software.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years of experience working for a Customs Broker.
  • Knowledge of customs laws, regulations, and government procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Customer Service License - Preferred.
  • Accurate and rapid data entry skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
