CAE Applications Internship Opportunity

As a Student for CAE Applications, you will play a vital role in assisting with the development of customer support operations, providing commercial pre-sales support by demonstrating software, and aiding in the creation of consulting projects using numerical simulation tools. You will be part of a dynamic team that works together to deliver high-quality solutions to our clients.

• Assist in developing and maintaining customer support operations, ensuring that all client inquiries are addressed promptly and efficiently.
• Provide commercial pre-sales support by demonstrating software to clients, showcasing its capabilities and features.
• Aid in creating consulting projects using numerical simulation tools, applying your knowledge of mechanics of solids and materials science to solve real-world problems.

• Pursuing a degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering from the third year onwards, with a strong foundation in mathematics and physics.
• Availability for at least one-year internship, allowing you to commit fully to this challenging role.
• Discipline in Mechanics of Solids or Materials Science, with a solid understanding of theoretical concepts and practical applications.
• Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking), enabling effective communication with colleagues and clients.
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, while also being an active contributor to team projects.
• Excellent teamwork skills, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and other stakeholders to achieve common goals.

• Theoretical knowledge of numerical methods and finite elements, applied to real-world problems in mechanical or aerospace engineering.
• Basic knowledge of ANSYS Mechanical, including data analysis and visualization techniques.
• Familiarity with CAD software, such as SolidWorks or Autodesk Inventor, used for designing and simulating complex systems.
• Basic programming skills in Python, including data manipulation and analysis libraries like NumPy and Pandas.
• Basic understanding of Spanish, enabling communication with Spanish-speaking colleagues and clients.
